RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Provides clerical support for Child Support Services; performs computer system updates, tracks the shipping and delivery of mail, courier duties, reviews and distributes incoming mail, performs court preparation duties including e-filing, completes document scanning, monitors the reception area, assisting in the court room and performs all other related duties as required and/or assigned.   

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

 

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to operate standard office equipment is highly desired.
  • Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with a customer service focus are essential.
  • Ability to interact effectively with the internal and external customers.

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

High school graduation and one year of clerical work experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

 

PREFERRED SKILLS

 

Advanced data entry and typing skills.

Bilingual skills
